Here’s a sign the triple-net restaurant market isn’t slowing down.

Fast-casual brand Dog Haus Worldwide is planning to open more than 50 new locations across North America, with expansion deals already lined up in states like Florida, Ohio, and Arkansas.

The Pasadena-based brand already operates 60 locations across 12 states and is targeting 300 restaurants within the next three years — plus its first international locations in Mexico.

For commercial real estate investors, this kind of franchise expansion is a strong signal. Growing restaurant brands often translate into new triple-net lease opportunities with long-term tenants and stable income streams.

As franchise systems scale nationally, demand for retail pads and net-leased restaurant properties grows right alongside them.
